We are seeking a skilled and passionate cook to join our bakery team. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking breads, buns, and pastas, as well as an assortment of other dry goods and garnishes according to our established recipes and standards. You will ensure that every item is produced to the highest degree of accuracy and standards set forth by the Chef de Partie and Management.

Your expertise in food preparation and handling will contribute significantly to the overall dining experience of our clientele.

Duties

- Prepares all required food items as outlined by the daily / weekly prep list in a timely manner while maintaining food quality standards and adhering to all food and safety regulations
- Adheres to the rules and regulations regarding food preparation as set out by management
- Complies with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintains a positive and professional and pleasant demeanor with colleagues and clients
- Maintains a clean and organized work station at all times.
- Working on site events as part of our growing team of talented chefs
- Weekly inventory of all products within the department for tracking and production purposes.
- Assembling drop off style menus for corporate clients.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation within a restaurant or hospitality setting.




- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in supervising or managing kitchen staff is a plus.
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques, equipment, and cuisines is preferred.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
