Farm Boy in Ottawa is seeking a agile Store Manager or senior supervisor to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will partner with the Store Manager and Retail Specialist to implement strategies that drive performance and employee engagement.

You will recruit, train, coach, and develop team members, manage inventory, scheduling, and payroll, while ensuring compliance with health and safety policies. Fluency in English required; French an asset.
