Pane Fresco is part of Loblaw Companies Limited, located in Hamilton, Ontario. We seek an experienced Assistant Bakery Production Manager to lead our raw dough manufacturing operation and collaborate with the Bakery Production Manager to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.

In this hands-on role, you will oversee daily production, coach staff, manage workflow, and maintain recipes and standards while fostering continuous improvement in a fast-paced bakery workplace.
