Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive cleaning of all bank areas, including lobbies, offices, restrooms, conference rooms, and storage spaces
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning techniques
- Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling procedures are followed
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
- Restock cleaning supplies and ensure equipment is in good working order for efficient operations
- Collaborate with facilities maintenance teams to address repairs or issues promptly

Qualifications

- Proven experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and floor scrubbers safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Positive communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
