We are seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time Banquet Supervisor to join our hospitality team. The Banquet Supervisor will oversee banquet events, coordinate staff, and ensure smooth and professional service for our guests.

Responsibilities

- Supervise banquet servers and bartenders during events
- Prepare and coordinate staff schedules based on upcoming events and business needs
- Assign staff duties and ensure proper coverage for events
- Oversee event setup and ensure banquet rooms are prepared according to event requirements
- Coordinate food and beverage service with the kitchen and banquet team
- Ensure high standards of guest service throughout events
- Handle guest requests and concerns professionally
- Ensure banquet areas are clean, organized, and properly maintained
- Assist with event closing and cleanup as required

Qualifications




- Previous banquet, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience required
- Supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and scheduling skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, skilled, and detail-oriented
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
