Barber — The Shore Barbers | North Vancouver, BC The Shore Barbers is looking for skilled, friendly barbers to join our team in North Vancouver. We care about great haircuts, attention to detail, and making every client feel welcome.

Compensation

Earn 40%–50% commission on your service sales before tax, with a guaranteed minimum of $18.25 per hour for all hours worked. You receive whichever amount is higher each pay period. The commission rate will be agreed upon before hiring, based on experience and demonstrated skills. Barbers keep 100% of their tips, in addition to their wages or commission.

Vacation pay and other applicable employment entitlements are provided in accordance with BC employment standards.

What you’ll do

- Provide quality haircuts, fades, scissor cuts, and beard grooming.
- Perform hot towel shaves if trained and experienced.




- Listen to clients and recommend styles suited to their preferences.
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and proper tool disinfection.
- Work reliably, professionally, and respectfully with the team.
