Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages with precision and care.
- Assist with food preparation, ensuring all items meet quality standards and food safety regulations.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions, give correct change, and maintain accurate cash handling records.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Support team members during busy periods by serving food,



managing queues, and ensuring smooth operations.

Experience & Qualifications

- Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively.
- Basic math skills for cashiering duties including math calculations for transactions.
- Experience in serving or cashiering roles within the food industry is preferred but not essential; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are equally valued.
- Must have weekend availability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
