We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Barista & Customer Experience Associate to join our team. Someone who loves connecting with people, takes pride in the little details, and believes a great cup of coffee is about more than what's in the cup.

What You'll Do

- Make really good coffee. Prepare espresso beverages, drip coffee, teas, and other drinks with care, consistency, and attention to quality.
- Make people feel welcome. Greet customers, answer questions, offer recommendations, and create the kind of experience that keeps people coming back.
- Share your coffee knowledge. Help customers explore our coffees, learn about different origins and flavour profiles, and find something they'll love.
- Keep things running smoothly. Take orders, operate our POS system, process payments, and handle cash accurately.
- Serve up the good stuff. Prepare and serve food items while following proper food handling and safety procedures.
- Keep it clean. Maintain a tidy, organized, and inviting workspace, including the bar, equipment, and customer areas.
- Be a great teammate. Support your coworkers, communicate clearly, and jump in wherever you're needed.
- Bring valuable energy. Help create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and the people you work alongside.

What We're Looking For

- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- A reliable, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good attention to detail and pride in doing things well.
- The ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods.
- Comfort handling payments, using a POS system, and doing basic math.
- An understanding of food safety and cleanliness, or a willingness to learn.
- Availability to work the shifts required for the role.

The Details

- Position: Barista & Customer Experience Associate
- Location: Kelowna, BC
- Employment type: Part-time / Casual
- Compensation: $18.25 - 22 per hour, plus tips (depending on experience)
- Schedule: 4-5 shifts per week (will depend if we hire 1 or 2 persons)
- Start date: November 2026
