Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and care
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for efficient cash handling and order processing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food handling and food safety standards
- Manage cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches or snacks when needed




- Ensure compliance with health regulations by following proper food safety procedures and handling protocols

Requirements

- Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred; enthusiasm to learn is essential
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively
- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while multitasking efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and POS transactions
- Knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours as needed

Pay: $17.60-$30.00 per hour
