Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who loves great coffee, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience. Ideally, you bring:

- At least 2 years of experience as a Barista in specialty coffee, or 3 years of experience in a busy, high-volume workplace
- Strong technical Barista skills, including espresso extraction, milk texturing, and pouring
- A genuine interest in training, mentoring, and helping teammates grow their coffee knowledge
- A hospitality-first mindset — you genuinely enjoy making people feel welcome and well taken care of
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
- The ability to multi-task and stay calm when things get busy

Responsibilities
- Dial in coffees and calibrate grinders and brewing equipment, using a strong understanding of extraction and brewing variables
- Help manage coffee rotation, ordering, and inventory
- Prepare drinks according to Bluebarn Coffee recipes and presentation standards, consistently and efficiently
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment
- Follow all Bluebarn Coffee health and safety standards
- Support your teammates and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment

Responsabilités
- Effectuer la mise au point des cafés et le calibrage des moulins et des équipements d’infusion, avec une bonne compréhension des variables d’extraction et d’infusion
- Participer à la rotation des cafés, aux commandes et à la gestion des stocks
- Préparer les boissons selon les recettes et les standards de présentation de Bluebarn Coffee, de façon constante et efficace
- Contribuer à garder le café propre, organisé et accueillant
- Respecter les normes de santé et de sécurité de Bluebarn Coffee
- Soutenir tes collègues et contribuer à une ambiance de travail positive et collaborative
