Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Handle food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light food items in accordance with safety standards
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service to ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food handling and safety protocols
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently without sacrificing quality




- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed to keep operations running smoothly

Skills

- Previous barista experience or food service background is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Proficiency in POS systems, especially Micros POS, for accurate cashiering and transaction processing
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours
- Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling, and sanitation procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
- Experience in serving, food preparation, and general food industry practices is a plus
