Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and cash handling procedures with integrity and accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, ensuring food safety standards are met
- Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks to support overall service quality
- Engage with customers warmly, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality

Skills

- Proven experience as a Barista or in food service, with a strong foundation in serving and food preparation
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for smooth transaction processing
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach
- Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing orders accurately
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a quick-paced environment
