Barista – Full-Time & Part-Time

VALVET SIP | Coffee Shop & Bakery

VALVET SIP is a current coffee shop and bakery looking for experienced, friendly, and reliable Baristas to join our opening team.

Responsibilities

- Prepare espresso-based drinks, specialty coffees, teas, and other beverages to a high standard
- Provide excellent and welcoming customer service
- Take customer orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
- Follow café recipes, procedures, and quality standards
- Complete opening and closing duties, restocking, cleaning, and other daily café tasks
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Work cooperatively with other team members

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of barista or café experience
- Knowledge of espresso preparation, milk steaming, and basic coffee techniques




- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
