Bank & Baron is looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team in downtown Calgary.

We operate a busy full-service bar inside one of Calgary’s most distinctive historic venues. Our bartenders work everything from weekday lunches and happy hour to Flames games, packed weekends, private events, cocktail functions, and full venue buyouts.

We need someone who can move quickly, stay organized, make consistent drinks, and still provide genuine hospitality across the bar.

What You’ll Do

- Prepare cocktails, highballs, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and consistently
- Provide knowledgeable and engaging bar service
- Handle high-volume service while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Prepare drinks efficiently for both bar guests and the service well
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and responsible alcohol service requirements
- Maintain proper bar setup, cleanliness, organization, and stocking
- Complete opening and closing duties
- Process payments accurately
- Monitor inventory and communicate product shortages or concerns
- Work closely with servers, support staff, kitchen staff, and management
- Assist with private events, functions, and high-volume venue buyouts
- Maintain a clean, professional, and organized bar throughout service

What We’re Looking For

- Previous bartending experience required
- High-volume restaurant, pub, nightclub, or event bartending experience strongly preferred




- Solid knowledge of beer, spirits, wine, and classic cocktails
- Comfortable working a service well during high-volume periods
- Fast, organized, and accurate
- Strong guest-service and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to stay composed during busy services
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, holidays, and major event nights
- ProServe certification required
- Experience with Toast POS is an asset
