Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about our drink menu.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms; handle cashing out customers efficiently.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with legal alcohol service regulations.
- Restock bar supplies as needed, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes,



and other essentials to keep service seamless.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours while maintaining a positive attitude.

Skills

- Proven experience in food industry settings such as restaurants or bars, demonstrating strong bartending skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for order processing and cashiering functions.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in a hospitality environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and inventory management.
- Experience in serving or bartending roles that require multitasking in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work effectively within a team while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
