Responsibilities

- Take and serve drink and food orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery to guests
- Prepare and serve beverages responsibly, following all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS (Point of Sale) systems with precision and efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and promote menu items
- Monitor guest needs throughout their visit, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Follow all food handling, safety protocols,



and health regulations to uphold hygiene standards

Requirements

- Previous experience in restaurant or food service environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for cashiering and order management
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while multitasking seamlessly
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Experience in bartending or serving roles is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed
