Responsibilities

- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service for food and drinks.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, using proper techniques.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, addressing their needs, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.




- Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Follow all food handling procedures and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Experience

- Required to have smart serve Ontario certification.
- Food handler certification
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience.
- Experience with POS systems like Micros POS is advantageous but training will be provided.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures is a plus.
- Prior experience in bartending or serving roles will help you excel in this energetic environment.
