Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat visits
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for accurate order entry and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and workstations in compliance with food safety standards
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring adherence to alcohol service laws and policies
- Handle cash transactions efficiently,

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours and special events

Skills

- Proven experience in bartending or food service roles within a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Solid knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS for order processing and cashiering functions
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively under pressure
- Solid understanding of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and inventory management
- Experience with serving or bartending roles that require multitasking in quick-paced settings
