Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, managing POS systems, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
- Use POS systems to process orders and payments
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
- Follow food safety protocols related to food handling and serving
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service




- Assist in setting up for events or special occasions as required
- Collaborate with team members to ensure productive restaurant operations

Requirements

- Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
- Familiarity with POS systems or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Hospitality-oriented attitude with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
- Must be at least 18 years old or older, depending on local regulations
