Key Responsibilities

- Engage customers to understand their beauty preferences and needs
- Offer personalized product recommendations and makeup application services
- Demonstrate product features and current beauty trends to enhance customer experience
- Support sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Process cash and card transactions accurately at the point of sale
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing beauty department
- Ensure shelves are stocked and displays are refreshed regularly
- Collaborate with teammates to meet sales targets and deliver top-tier service
- Use POS systems for sales, returns,



and inventory tracking

Qualifications & Skills

- Outstanding customer service skills with a passion for beauty
- Cash handling experience and basic math proficiency
- Robust communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Previous experience in retail or the beauty industry is preferred
- Ability to effectively perform product demonstrations and makeup applications
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a quick-paced setting
- Well-organized with attention to detail in merchandising and inventory control
- Up-to-date knowledge of Asian beauty products, application techniques, and industry trends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $18.25 per hour
