About Us

We are a growing construction company based in Coquitlam, specializing in residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented bilingual bookkeeper (English/Spanish) to manage day-to-day accounting and support project financial tracking.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping

Accounts payable and accounts receivable

Payroll processing and subcontractor payments

Job costing and project expense tracking

Progress billing and invoicing for construction projects

Bank and credit card reconciliations

GST/PST filings and government remittances

Purchase orders and expense tracking

Prepare financial reports and work with external accountant

Maintain organized digital and physical financial records

Requirements





Minimum 2–3 years bookkeeping experience (construction industry preferred)

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting software

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Knowledge of construction accounting, job costing, and subcontractor payments is an asset

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Salary

$3,500 – $5,000 per month (based on experience)
