Maple seeks a Client Success Manager, bilingual (French/English), to own a portfolio within Channel Partnerships or Direct Partnerships. You will manage complex, multi-stakeholder accounts, lead onboarding, and drive renewals, expansion, and retention across your portfolio.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product and Support, and communicate in both French and English, growing a book of business and delivering real impact.
