ZSA Canada is seeking an Associate to join a boutique firm focusing on management-side employment law and workplace investigations. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience advising employers on litigation and HR matters, including arbitrations and investigations.

Candidates must be able to practice in English and French. While the firm is located in the GTA, bilingual candidates in Ottawa or elsewhere in Ontario are considered for remote work, reflecting a versatile
