Focusing on management-side employment law and workplace investigations, our boutique firm client is looking for a current Associate to join its team. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience advising employers on litigation and HR matters, including arbitrations and investigations. Candidates must be able to practice in English and French. While this firm is located in the GTA, the firm is considering bilingual candidates in Ottawa (or elsewhere in Ontario) that are interested in working remotely.
