Responsibilities include registration and checkout of hotel guests, assisting with tour check-ins, and generating reports for various hotel departments. You will also serve as a key member of the crisis and emergency team, supporting guests and providing essential services. Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and check in hotel guests immediately
- Assist with tour groups and guide check-ins
- Generate necessary departmental reports on guest activity
