About the Role We are seeking a dependable individual to join our client’s Montréal facility in a Bilingual General Help role. You will support paint production and daily facility operations, follow detailed work instructions, operate production equipment and help maintain a clean and protected workplace. This hands-on position requires accuracy, teamwork and comfort with physical work in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications and Requirements - Fluency in French and English, both verbal and written,



as stated in the original posting; final language requirements to be confirmed.

- Experience in manufacturing, production or an industrial environment is an asset; one year of manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Experience operating production machinery or working in the paint industry is an asset.
- Knowledge of industrial and heavy-duty coatings, solvents, spray equipment, pumps and related accessories is an asset.
- Dependable and safety-focused, with the ability to organize priorities and work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift and maneuver paint containers and related products weighing up to 70 lb, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and perform repetitive material-handling tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, communication skills and basic math and numerical comprehension.
- Excellent attendance and work record.
