Lovango Philosophy

Lovango Resort & Beach Club is located on a beautiful private island in the USVI and is the latest property for Little Gem Resorts. The resort is looking to hire candidates who are interested in hospitality and have a passion for working with people. Our resort concept is built on providing high-level experiences to our guests.

Our resort provides not only a stunning landscape, but a warm welcoming atmosphere. Our service is genuine, welcoming and we are here to make our guest's experience memorable.

Responsibilities

- Ensure guest safely navigate Lovango boats, dock and moorings
- Protected operation of a USCG inspected vessel
- Responsible for all crew and passengers' safety while under way and on dock
- Ensure crew delivers an ejoyable,



guest-centric and luxury experience throughout the duration of the trip
- Help facilitate guest check on and off boat
- Handle all guests questions related to property
- Tend to guest needs on the boat and within the dock
- Maintains a clean, neat and organized area
- Opening and closing procedures are followed each shift

Qualifications

- Minimum USCG Master License
- Current First Aid/CPR, TWIC Card
- Previous Charter experience
- Basic Knowledge of maintence of vessels a plus

Please note our season is from Mid December - End of July. All employees must be available for the full season.
