- Participating in the testing, implementation, and refinement of new software, AI tools, and automated workflows.
- Collaborating with team members to develop scalable, technology-driven bookkeeping processes while maintaining appropriate review procedures and quality controls.

What you will bring to KSSP Partners LLP:

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Previous experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role,

preferably within a public accounting firm.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, or Xero.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence interacting directly with clients.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.
- A genuine interest in technology, artificial intelligence, and the evolving role of automation within accounting and bookkeeping.

- A collaborative attitude and enthusiasm for contributing ideas that improve both internal operations and the client experience.

Experience with bookkeeping automation platforms, AI-powered accounting applications, or workflow automation tools would be considered an asset, but is not required. We place significant value on curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
