We're looking for a hands-on, solution-focused Branch Operations Manager who thrives on execution, enjoys solving problems and genuinely cares about delivering an exceptional customer and team experience.

This isn't your traditional management role.

Our Sales team sells the project. Your job is to make sure we deliver it — successfully.

You'll oversee the execution of residential window and door installations, supporting a small operational team and ensuring projects are properly prepared, completed and paid for.

What You'll Do

- Own installation execution: Ensure projects are ready, crews are prepared and installations run successfully.
- Catch problems early: Review and approve projects at critical stages, including measure validation and installation readiness.
- Solve problems and make decisions: Navigate unexpected challenges, think in the grey and keep projects moving.
- Protect the customer experience: Take ownership of customer concerns, find practical solutions and follow through.
- Support your team: Work closely with your Project Coordinator, Measure/Service Technicians and installation crews. Jump in wherever needed.
- Keep operations on track: Oversee installation schedules, project flow, successful completion and final payment collection.

What You Bring

- 5+ years of experience in operations or a similar fast-paced environment — or equivalent experience demonstrating strong execution.
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization and decision-making skills.
- Confidence communicating with customers, technicians and trades.
- A customer-first mindset and robust attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn new technology and embrace change.

Window and door experience is an asset, not a requirement. Your ability to execute is what matters most.
