BMO Financial Group seeks a Branch Support Specialist to coordinate and support Canadian branch technology operations, including IMACD, break/fix, deployments, and refresh programs. The role partners with field technicians, vendors, and engineering teams to ensure services are delivered efficiently with minimal frontline disruption.

You will monitor incidents and service requests in ServiceNow, manage asset records, and support branch openings, relocations, and technology readiness activities.
