We are a privately held company based in North Vancouver, Canada.

About The Role

AspenClean is looking for a Brand & Marketing Manager to join our Vancouver team and help lead the day-to-day expression and execution of the AspenClean brand across marketing channels.

We're looking for someone who sits between brand, creative and marketing - someone with a strong visual eye, sound marketing judgment and an understanding of how modern consumer brands grow and communicate.

You'll work closely with our Creative team on overall brand and creative direction, while taking ownership of translating that direction - alongside broader business priorities - into campaigns, briefs, content needs and day-to-day marketing execution.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can move comfortably between thinking and doing: developing a campaign idea, reviewing a design, writing or refining copy, building a shot list, pulling references, identifying a missing asset or stepping into a deliverable when needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate company goals, product priorities and broader brand direction into clear marketing initiatives, campaigns and deliverables.
- Help improve the day-to-day execution of the AspenClean brand and maintain a consistent visual and verbal standard across channels.
- Determine what assets and communications are needed across email, social, website, e-commerce, Amazon, retail, PR and other customer touchpoints.
- Develop clear creative briefs, references, wireframes, content plans,

shot lists and asset requirements for designers and content creators.
- Review creative work and provide thoughtful, actionable feedback based on established brand direction and visual standards.
- Develop campaign concepts and translate them into cohesive, channel-specific executions.
- Work closely with our design, content and marketing team to establish priorities, provide context and keep initiatives moving.
- Proactively identify gaps and opportunities across the brand and recommend what we should be creating, communicating or testing next.
- Help plan and direct photo, video and content productions, from defining requirements and developing shot lists to coordinating final assets.
- Maintain awareness of the customer journey across channels and identify opportunities to strengthen how the brand communicates.
- Stay informed about consumer behaviour, competitive activity, emerging channels and how leading consumer brands are evolving.
- Support copywriting, presentations, content development and other marketing deliverables as needed.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, freelancers and external marketing partners.
- Balance creative quality and brand consistency with commercial objectives, timelines and resources.

About You

- You have 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, creative direction, or a related role, ideally within an agency or consumer brand.
- You have a strong visual eye and genuine interest in branding, design, photography, content and contemporary consumer culture.
- You can confidently evaluate creative work and communicate why something is or isn't working.
- You understand both the creative and commercial sides of marketing and can connect business objectives to customer-facing execution.
- You know how to take a broad objective and turn it into a clear brief, campaign and set of deliverables.
- You're comfortable briefing and providing direction to designers,

content creators and external creative partners.
- You understand how an idea needs to adapt across different marketing channels while remaining cohesive as a brand.
- You're proactive and comfortable making day-to-day decisions independently.
- You're highly organized, but you're equally invested in the thinking and quality behind the work.
- You have solid written and verbal communication skills.
- You're comfortable working in a small team where roles overlap and being hands-on is part of getting great work out the door.
- You follow consumer brands, creative work and culture and have a strong sense of what feels relevant and current.

Nice to Have Experience in any of the following is an asset - we don't expect candidates to have experience in every area:

- CPG or consumer products
- DTC or e-commerce brands
- Beauty, wellness, household or lifestyle brands
- Shopify
- Email marketing strategy and lifecycle marketing
- Paid social and digital advertising
- Retail and omnichannel marketing
- SEO and content strategy
- PR, partnerships and collaborations
- Influencer or creator marketing
- Product launches and go-to-market campaigns
- Photoshoot, video or content-production planning
- Creative briefing and shot-list development
- Coordinating designers, agencies, freelancers or other marketing partners
- Working with photographers, videographers or production teams
- Packaging or point-of-sale marketing
- Promotional and seasonal campaign planning
- Marketing analytics and performance reporting
- Canadian and U.S. markets
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar creative tools

How You'll Work You'll be part of our Vancouver-based marketing team, working across content, creative, social, and marketing coordination.

We're a small team, which means ideas aren't simply passed from one department to another. You'll have the autonomy to identify what the brand needs, create clarity around it and help make it happen.
