Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team! You will be responsible for preparing and serving breakfast items, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team committed to hospitality excellence.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes, beverages, and snacks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Set up breakfast stations with fresh ingredients, utensils, and supplies before service begins.
- Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions about menu options, and accommodate special dietary requests when possible.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen stations, and food prep zones in compliance with food safety standards.
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling accurately.
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the shift to ensure smooth service flow.
- Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling,



storage, and sanitation procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure productive service delivery and guest satisfaction during busy breakfast hours.

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience is highly preferred; experience in restaurant or hotel settings is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and food safety standards.
- Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology for cashiering tasks.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or cleaning equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and food quality.
- Hospitality or barista experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward guest interactions and collaboration.
