Duties

- Lead the breakfast service by coordinating food preparation, presentation, and timely delivery to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Supervise and support team members in food handling, cooking, serving, and cleaning tasks to maintain high standards of quality and safety
- Manage guest interactions with enthusiasm, addressing inquiries, special requests, and feedback to promote positive relationships
- Oversee the operation of POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, kitchen stations, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with meal preparation and food safety practices to uphold hygiene standards and ensure fresh, quality offerings




- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow, improve service efficiency, and foster a lively, welcoming environment

Experience

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on breakfast or morning service preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and create a warm atmosphere for guests
- Hands-on kitchen experience including food preparation, cooking, and food handling techniques
- Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for transactions and cash handling
- Previous hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous; barista experience is a plus for beverage offerings
- Knowledge of food safety standards and cleaning protocols to ensure compliance and guest safety
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail and guest satisfaction
