We are looking for a passionate, grounded, and heart-centered Breathwork Coach & Practitioner to join our growing team. About the Role

As a Breathwork Coach & Practitioner at 720wellness, you will guide individuals and groups through intentional breathwork experiences designed to support relaxation, emotional awareness, stress management, and personal transformation.

You will play an important role in creating an inclusive, welcoming, and empowering environment where clients feel supported throughout their wellness journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead individual and group breathwork sessions tailored to varying needs and experience levels.
- Create safe, supportive, and welcoming spaces for clients to explore breathwork and deepen their mind-body connection.
- Guide clients through appropriate breathing techniques to encourage relaxation, mindfulness, emotional awareness, and stress reduction.




- Develop and facilitate workshops, group experiences, and special wellness events.
- Build authentic connections with clients and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
- Adapt sessions to meet individual needs while recognizing personal boundaries and contraindications.
- Maintain qualified standards, confidentiality, and appropriate client boundaries.
- Collaborate with the 720wellness team to develop engaging wellness offerings and meaningful client experiences.
- Continue to expand your knowledge and skills through ongoing learning and professional development.

What We're Looking For
- Training, certification, or recognized education in breathwork facilitation or a related discipline.
- Experience guiding breathwork sessions, workshops, or individual clients.
- A genuine passion for holistic wellness, mindfulness, and personal growth.
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- A calm, compassionate, grounded, and non-judgmental presence.
- The ability to hold space for diverse client experiences with empathy and professionalism.
- An understanding of trauma-informed practices, client consent, and emotional safety.




- A commitment to working within your scope of practice and recognizing when additional professional support may be appropriate.
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to a growing wellness community.
