We are looking for an energetic, organized, and reliable Breakfast Team Lead to oversee breakfast operations at two hotel properties.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works efficiently, takes initiative, and can independently manage daily breakfast operations while maintaining excellent guest service standards.

As the Breakfast Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring both hotels provide a clean, welcoming, and well-stocked breakfast experience for our guests. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage breakfast inventory and supplies across both properties.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and coordinate daily breakfast operations at two hotel properties.
- Prepare, reheat, and serve breakfast items according to hotel brand standards.
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient guest service.
- Work energetically and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during busy breakfast periods.
- Monitor, organize, and manage breakfast inventory across both hotels.
- Place orders for breakfast food, beverages, and supplies to ensure both properties remain adequately stocked.
- Track inventory usage, minimize food waste, and maintain proper stock rotation.
- Ensure breakfast areas, kitchens, and food preparation stations are consistently clean, organized, and sanitized.
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and health standards at both properties.
- Monitor breakfast presentation, food quality, and product availability throughout service.
- Assist with training, coordinating, and supporting breakfast staff to ensure consistent service standards.
- Communicate with hotel management regarding inventory needs, operational concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Take initiative to identify and complete tasks without constant supervision.




- Assist with additional hotel duties when required.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Energetic, motivated, and able to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for breakfast operations at both hotels.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail.
- Previous experience in hotel breakfast service, food service, or hospitality is preferred.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an asset.
- Experience with inventory management and ordering supplies is an asset.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to consistently work early morning shifts.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and guest satisfaction.

Schedule & Employment Details
- Position: Full time, Permanent
- Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week
- Shifts: Early mornings, with breakfast service typically running from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM
- Additional hours will include inventory management, ordering, stocking, coordinating breakfast operations between both hotels, and assisting with other hotel duties as needed.
- Weekends and holidays are required based on operational needs.
