Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks, ensuring high quality and consistency
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Manage customer orders efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including ingredient assembly and food safety practices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, adhering to food safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Support team members during busy periods by serving customers, restocking supplies, and performing general duties
- Quick Availability: You are ready to jump on board and start training right away.
- Flexible Mindset:
While the primary shift is 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, you possess a flexible schedule to adapt to changing store needs.
- Reliability: You are responsible, punctual, and capable of managing key store operations independently.
Skills
- Previous barista experience or food service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with POS systems like Micros POS and cash handling procedures
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to perform basic math for cash transactions and order calculations
- Experience in serving, food preparation, and general food industry operations is highly desirable
- MUST HAVE: Food Handlers Certificate
