Contract role emphasizes staff engagement, collaboration, and leadership development. Members of the Building Advisory Group (BAG) report to the Principal and work closely with the Plant Manager. This position involves attending biweekly meetings, serving as a liaison for staff input, and enhancing school initiatives. You’ll play a crucial role in fostering communication and supporting operational improvements. Key Responsibilities:

- Attend biweekly BAG meetings outside instructional hours
- Contribute actively to team discussions on school climate
- Serve as a liaison for staff input on school issues
- Organize members to attend School Advisory Council meetings
- Maintain required documentation related to meetings Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check
