We are looking for a reliable and experienced Building Superintendent to support the day-to-day operation and maintenance of a residential condominium/property.

The successful candidate will work closely with Property Management, residents, contractors, and cleaning staff to help ensure the building is safe, clean, well maintained, and operating efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily building and property inspections
- Perform minor repairs and general maintenance
- Monitor mechanical rooms and building systems
- Report deficiencies and maintenance concerns to Property Management
- Coordinate and supervise contractors and trades
- Assist residents with service and maintenance requests
- Prepare elevators for moves and deliveries
- Monitor garbage and recycling areas
- Replace light bulbs and complete minor drywall, painting, and repair work
- Maintain maintenance logs and service records
- Assist with preventive maintenance
- Coordinate cleaning staff where required
- Respond to building emergencies when necessary

Qualifications:

- Previous superintendent or building maintenance experience preferred
- General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building maintenance




- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Comfortable performing physical maintenance duties
- WHMIS and First Aid certification are considered an asset
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
