Role: Business Analyst – KYC and AML

Location: Mississauga, ON – Hybrid

Type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong KYC experience to work with business, compliance, risk, operations, and technology teams on KYC and client onboarding solutions .

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for KYC and client onboarding
- Work with Compliance, AML, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Analyze and improve KYC/CDD/EDD workflows
- Support customer onboarding, periodic reviews, remediation, and KYC data management
- Identify process gaps, risks, and automation opportunities
- Support SDLC, UAT, defect analysis,



and business validation
- Ensure solutions align with regulatory and internal compliance requirements

Required Skills
- 9+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Strong hands-on experience with KYC, Client Onboarding, AML, CDD, and EDD
- Robust requirements gathering and documentation experience
- Experience with BRD, FRD, User Stories, Process Flows, and UAT
- Understanding of banking operations, compliance, and regulatory processes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
