6+ years of hands-on Business Analyst experience in banking/payments.

Solid SQL skills with practical query-writing and troubleshooting experience.

Knowledge of payment processing, financial reporting, and relevant standards such as ISO 20022.

Hands-on JIRA experience and strong understanding of Agile/Scrum.

Experience with production support, reconciliation, and high-volume transaction systems.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
