Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Develop and execute the overall ERP business and sales strategy for the Canadian market.
- Drive new business development and revenue growth across ERP consulting, implementation, integration, and managed services.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities across Québec and other Canadian markets .
- Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, IT Directors, and business leaders .
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation and qualification through solutioning, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Drive opportunities across SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, NetSuite, and other ERP platforms .
- Lead RFP/RFI responses, client presentations, proposals, commercial negotiations, and contract closures.
- Develop strategic partnerships with ERP vendors, technology partners, and implementation partners.
- Own sales targets, revenue forecasts, pipeline, margins, and overall business performance.

Account Management

- Own and manage strategic ERP customer accounts and build long-term executive relationships.
- Develop account growth plans to increase revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and additional services.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Understand customer business objectives and align ERP solutions and services to their evolving requirements.
- Act as the senior escalation point for critical customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, retention, contract renewals, and account profitability.
- Identify opportunities for additional ERP modules, enhancements, support, AMS, cloud, data, AI, and digital transformation services.
- Build solid relationships with customer stakeholders across business and technology functions.





Delivery & Operations

- Provide overall leadership and governance for ERP implementation and consulting engagements.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, Technical Teams, and Delivery Managers to ensure successful project execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, budget, quality, and contractual commitments .
- Review project health, milestones, resource utilization, risks, issues, and financial performance.
- Establish delivery governance and conduct regular project and portfolio reviews.
- Ensure effective resource planning and allocation across ERP projects.
- Support resolution of critical delivery, technical, commercial, and customer escalations.
- Work with delivery leadership to improve project margins, utilization, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure successful transition from sales to delivery and maintain continuity throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Identify delivery risks early and establish appropriate mitigation plans.

Required Qualifications

- 12+ years of experience in ERP consulting, IT services, sales, business development, account management, or delivery leadership .
- Proven experience managing ERP sales and delivery engagements .
- Strong understanding of ERP implementation, transformation, integration, and managed services.
- Experience with one or more platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, NetSuite , or similar ERP technologies.
- Proven experience in enterprise and mid-market account management .
- Strong experience managing strategic accounts and complex customer relationships.
- Experience managing large ERP programs and working with cross-functional delivery teams.
- Strong commercial understanding of revenue, margins, utilization, forecasting, and profitability .
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, and leadership skills.
