Business Systems Analyst (Pricing & Promotions)

6+ months contract

Role Summary : Drive business requirements, analysis, and delivery of pricing, promotions, merchandising, and customer eligibility solutions for a multi-tenant retail platform supporting a multi-banner environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and document business and system requirements.
- Work with Pricing, Merchandising, Loyalty, Product, and Technology teams.
- Define pricing, promotions, markdowns, and customer eligibility rules.
- Create user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Support multi-banner configuration and alignment.
- Analyze integrations with POS, eCommerce, Loyalty, and Master Data systems.
- Support SIT, UAT, go-live, and hyper-care activities.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience.
- Robust RETAIL experience in Pricing, Promotions, Merchandising, and Loyalty.
- Knowledge of pricing hierarchies, promotional campaigns, markdowns, and offer management.
- Agile experience using Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and data mapping.

Nice to Have

- Experience with multi-banner retailers.
- Experience with Loyalty programs
- AI-agnostic approach
