Job Overview

Reno LED Lighting lnc. is seeking a hands-on Business Systems & Digital Technology Manager to own and continuously improve the company's core business technology environment. This role combines business systems administration, internal lT, Al adoption, automation, data reporting and digital platform management. The successful candidate will be expected to independently resolve most day-to-day issues while coordinating specialized external partners for complex development, cybersecurity, infrastructure or major implementation projects.

Responsibilities

Business Systems & Odoo ERP

- Serve as the internal owner and primary administrator of Odoo, including users, permissions, workflows configuration, reporting, testing and issue resolution.
- Translate business requirements from Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Warehouse teams into practical system solutions.
- ldentify opportunities to simplify processes and improve data quality, system adoption and operational efficiency.
- Manage and challenge external Odoo partners and developers; scope requirements, review quotations coordinate testing and validate completed work.
- Support system upgrades, integrations, documentation and user training.

Al, Automation & Digital Adoption

- Lead company-wide adoption of ChatGPT Business and other approved Al tools across departments.
- Develop practical Al use cases, reusable workflows, prompts, internal GPTs, SOPs and employee training programs.
- ldentify repetitive business processes that can be automated and implement appropriate solutions using Al, workflow tools and system integrations
- Establish practical Al governance, access controls and usage standards appropriate for company data.

Microsoft 365, Devices & IT Administration

- Administer Microsoft 365, Entra lD, Intune and related user/device policies.
- Manage Windows PCs and Mac computers,



including onboarding, ofiboarding, security policies, encryption sofware deplovment and device lifecycle management.
- Manage Apple Business Manager and corporate Mac enrollment in coordination with Intune.
- Troubleshoot common employee issues involving Windows, macOS, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, browser, sprinters, networking and business applications.
- Maintain appropriate access controls, MFA, endpoint security, backups and basic cybersecurity practices; coordinate MSP/security specialists when required.

Data, Power Bl & Reporting

- Develop and maintain Power Bl dashboards for management, Sales, Finance, inventory and Product performance
- Connect and organize business data from Odoo and other approved sources for reliable management reporting.
- Work with leadership to define KPls, exception reporting and decision-support dashboards.
- Maintain reporting logic, documentation and data consistency.

Website & Digital Systems

- Own the technical administration and day-to-day maintenance of Reno's corporate website and related digita systems.
- Manage hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, plugins, user access, backups, forms and technical integrations.
- Troubleshoot website performance and technical issues and coordinate external web developers for major redesigns or complex development.
- Partner with Marketing, which remains responsible for creative direction, campaigns, copy, imagery and marketing content.

Qualifications





- 3-7+ years of experience in business systems, ERP administration, IT systems, digital technology or a related role
- Hands-on experience administering an ERP platform; Odoo experience is strongly preferred.
- Practical Microsoft 365 administration experience, ideally including Entra lD and Intune.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and macOS environments.
- Working knowledge of Power Bl and business reporting.
- Demonstrated interest and practical capability with generative Al, automation and modern productivity tools.
- Strong business-process thinking, documentation skills and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to independently resolve day-to-day issues and appropriately escalate specialized work.

Preferred Assets

- Odoo 19 or recent Odoo experience
- Apple Business Manager, Windows Autopilot, Power Automate, SQL, APls or integration experience.
- Experience in distribution, manufacturing, lighting, electrical products or a multi-warehouse setting
- Experience managing external MSPs, ERP partners, web agencies or technology vendors.
