Executive Data & Business Transformation Advisor – Federal Government

Experience: 15+ years

Required Skills

- 15+ years of executive-level advisory experience leading large-scale data and business transformation programs.

- Executive oversight of:

- Data migration strategy

- Enterprise/data architecture direction

- Delivery governance and risk management

- Fixed-price engagements

- Proven senior-level federal client relationship management, including executive stakeholder engagement and escalation ownership.

- Deep understanding of cloud data platform economics, including cost, scalability, governance and operating-model considerations.

- Robust knowledge of Azure and Client Fabric target architectures.





- Experience developing Legacy Oracle-to-Cloud modernization strategies, including migration roadmaps, architecture decisions and transformation planning.

- Demonstrated experience delivering programs for the Government of Canada / federal government.

- Familiarity with federal security and delivery requirements, including:

- Protected B

- ITSG-33

- Authority to Operate (ATO) processes

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Domain knowledge of CMT, Dayforce or Phoenix (Salesforce).

- Prior leadership of Government of Canada HR-to-Pay or case management transformation programs.

- Bilingual English/French.
