We are looking for a Cabinet Installer Helper to assist a skilled cabinet installer in the installation of custom cabinetry, ensuring precision and quality in every project. Duties
- Assist with reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and installation instructions to support accurate cabinet placement.
- Prepare work sites by handling cabinetry components, ensuring safe and organized work areas.
- Use hand tools and power tools to support the installation process, including measuring, cutting, drilling, and assembling cabinetry.
- Support heavy lifting tasks for moving cabinets, countertops, and related materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean work setting by organizing tools and disposing of debris in accordance with safety standards.
Experience
- Previous construction experience or hands-on work in carpentry, woodworking, or related trades is preferred. Ttraining will be provided for motivated learners.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, or technical drawings is a plus.
- Knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in construction and cabinetry installation is a must.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and follow safety protocols diligently.
- Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills is a must.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Criminal record check will be required.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
