We're looking for an experienced woodworking CNC Operator to run our CNC router and support our cabinet production line. You'll set up and operate CNC equipment to cut sheet goods and solid wood parts accurately, and keep material flowing to the assembly team. This is a full-time, in-person role in a wood-only shop. We are not hiring for metal machining.

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC routers for cutting and machining wood and sheet goods (melamine, plywood, MDF)
- Load and edit programs, including nesting and toolpaths
- Select and change router bits and tooling, and perform routine machine maintenance
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
- Manage material, minimize waste,
and keep production on schedule
- Follow all shop safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of CNC router experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or millwork
- Experience with CAD/CAM or nesting software (e.g., Cabinet Vision, Mozaik, Aspire, or similar)
- Able to read drawings and troubleshoot machine and part issues
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on safety
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced shop
Compensation and schedule
- $25.00 per hour
- Full time, 40 hours per week
