Full-Time | Monday to Friday | Vancouver, BC

We are looking for a reliable, punctual, hardworking, and trustworthy individual to join our growing café and bakery operations team.

This is a multi-role position combining early morning deliveries with daily café operations. Depending on your experience and skills, you may be assigned to work as a Barista, Kitchen Prep Assistant, Kitchen Porter, or Cashier.

Working Schedule

- Days: Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
- Early Morning Deliveries: Approximately 2 hours daily, starting between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
- Café Operations: Assigned an 8-hour shift based on experience and operational needs.
- Total Schedule: Approximately 10 hours per day, including deliveries and café duties, subject to applicable breaks and scheduling requirements.

Main Responsibilities 1. Morning Deliveries & Logistics

- Deliver multiple boxes of fresh pastries, baked goods, and prepared food to different locations every morning.
- Carefully load, transport, and unload products while maintaining quality and food safety.
- Complete deliveries accurately and on time.
- Occasionally handle catering deliveries and shopping or supply pickups.
- Receive supplier orders, check deliveries, and organize inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery equipment and work areas.

2. Café Operations (Based on Experience) Following morning deliveries, you will be assigned responsibilities in one or more of the following areas:

- Barista:



Preparing coffee, espresso beverages, and other drinks.
- Kitchen Preparation: Preparing sandwiches, salads, and other food products.
- Kitchen Porter: Dishwashing, cleaning, organizing, and supporting kitchen operations.
- Cashier / Front of House: Customer service, order taking, POS transactions, and product presentation.

Training will be provided for assigned responsibilities, and we will help you develop the skills needed to succeed in the role. Salary & Compensation

We offer a structured salary progression based on continued employment and satisfactory performance.

- Months 1–3: $40,000 annualized salary
- Months 4–6: $42,000 annualized salary
- After Month 6: $45,000 annualized salary

Payment Frequency: Biweekly Applicable overtime, statutory holiday pay, vacation pay, and other employment entitlements will be provided in accordance with British Columbia employment standards.

Requirements

- Valid driver's licence and a safe driving record.
- Ability to reliably start work as early as 5:00 AM.
- Available Monday through Friday.
- Comfortable lifting, carrying, and delivering multiple boxes of food and pastries daily.
- Experience in a café, restaurant, bakery, kitchen, or delivery environment is an asset.




- Solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently.
- Willingness to learn different roles and assist wherever needed.
- Excellent punctuality, honesty, and teamwork.
