Duties

- Decorate cakes with intricate designs, themes, and personalized touches using various piping techniques, fondant, and edible decorations
- Prepare and assemble cakes according to recipes and customer specifications, ensuring consistency and quality
- Handle food preparation tasks such as mixing, baking, and portioning ingredients in compliance with food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the decorating station, adhering to food handling and safety protocols




- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while upholding high standards of food industry best practices

Experience

- Previous experience in cake decorating or a bakery environment is highly preferred
- Familiarity with food preparation, baking techniques, and kitchen safety procedures
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Experience working in a restaurant or food industry setting is a plus
- Knowledge of food handling regulations and proper sanitation practices
- Ability to operate basic kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
