We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Call Centre Agent to join our customer service team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support through phone interactions and ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your ability to communicate effectively, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and demonstrate a positive attitude will drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while making a meaningful impact on our clients’ experiences.

You will be making 15-25 outbound calls per hour, and this will be a high paced rolls with continuous outbound calls being made. Metrics will be tracked, and measured multiple times a day to help you maintain & improve performance.

Duties

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, ensuring clear and courteous communication.
- Conduct data entry accurately to log customer interactions, requests, and feedback into our systems.
- Utilize analysis skills to understand customer needs, identify issues, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Engage in upselling and sales opportunities by promoting relevant products or services tailored to customer interests.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with diverse clients.




- Support multilingual customers by providing bilingual assistance in English and Spanish, ensuring inclusivity.
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure resolution of issues and enhance overall satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key!
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable to serve a diverse client base.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation over the phone.
- Demonstrated analysis skills for understanding customer needs and offering effective solutions.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette best practices to ensure professional interactions at all times.
