Drain Flushing, Camera Inspection & Reporting Technician

Rhino Plumbing is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented team member to complete drain flushing, sewer camera inspections, and professional reporting for residential and commercial plumbing projects.

The person in this role will be responsible for properly inspecting drainage systems, documenting site conditions, recording clear camera footage, and providing accurate information that can be used to prepare client reports and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform drain and sewer flushing using appropriate equipment.
- Complete camera inspections of accessible sanitary and drainage lines.
- Identify and document visible concerns including blockages, buildup, roots, damaged piping, deterioration, offsets, or other irregularities.
- Record clear and organized camera footage of inspected lines.
- Take photos and supporting documentation when required.
- Accurately document the location and condition of inspected piping.
- Provide detailed field notes describing work completed and findings observed.
- Organize videos and photos so they can easily be referenced in client reports.
- Assist with preparing clear and professional inspection reports.
- Document recommendations for additional investigation, maintenance, cleaning, or repairs based on observed conditions.
- Communicate significant findings to Rhino Plumbing management promptly.
- Ensure all work completed is accurately documented before leaving the site.




- Maintain and care for camera, flushing, locating, and drain-cleaning equipment.
- Keep work areas clean and skilled throughout the service.
- Follow Rhino Plumbing safety procedures and applicable plumbing and workplace safety requirements.
- Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, contractors, and other site representatives.

Reporting Requirements Each inspection should clearly document:
- Location inspected
- Access point used
- Work performed
- Condition of the drainage line
- Approximate location of identified concerns where possible
- Description of visible findings
- Photos and/or video references
- Any limitations encountered during the inspection
- Recommended next steps, where applicable

All reporting must be based on what was actually observed during the service. Do not make assumptions or document conditions that cannot be confirmed through the inspection.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
